Chaffers Marina B05 is a 16m berth on the southern side of B pier. The southern side of the pier is very protected, and has the biggest fairway for ease of getting in and out. The renewal of B pier has been completed, and is modern and new.
Also included is a carpark permit for the marina parking spaces at Clyde Quay Car Park, and access to shore facilities such as laundry, showers and bathrooms etc.
Walking distance to Waitangi Park, Oriental Bay, Te Papa and the Wellington waterfront.
The berth licence runs to 2058. Capital contributions have all been paid.
The berth is currently occupied by a long-term tenant under the management of the Marina Office. You can either take it back for your own use, or keep renting it out.
